  1. My boyfriend has tinnitis and the other day he told me that the ringing seemed loudering. He will not be to happy to find out that it is the food that he is eating that is causing the ringing to be louder. He loves processed food, o well it looks like he’s going to have to eat his veg now.

  2. Has anyone looked into gettin more anti-oxidants in their diet? It seems like there is a good correlation with age related hearing loss and tinnitus. Maybe antioxidant therapy would help, not only with the ageing process but also with tinnitus.
