One of the best ways to help stop buzzing ears is to improve the circulation to your ear. This is easily done by applying a hot compress to your ear. The best time to do this is at night before going to bed, as it will help you to relax and allow you to sleep better. Night time is usually the hardest time for  sufferers and you should find this to be helpful when getting ready for bed.

If you want help relaxing before bed but you don’t like the idea of a hot compress, try a massage instead. Have someone massage your back, neck and ear area. This will not only relax you but help with the blood flow as well.

Chew Dried Fruit

Believe it or not chewing dried fruit can also help to cure tinnitus. Be sure to chew dry fruit periodically throughout the day. This is a low fat and easy way to help with the circulation. This will let you get a great snack and simultaneously help your ear problem.

Meditation and Relaxation

Relaxation is another way to curb symptoms. These often arise when people are stressed. The credit crunch in the United States is causing reported tinnitus symptoms to peak at new levels. People are feeling stressed, and thus they are experiencing an increase of symptoms.

Therefore, you need to take a few minutes each day to relax. Be sure that you are not watching TV during these few minutes. Meditate and relax. Take the time to allow your body and mind to reconnect.

Use Your Radio

Avoiding the silence is another great remedy. Being in a quiet room can often make it more likely that you to experience tinnitus. Turning on the radio but not listening to the music can work. You can create static by tuning in between two stations. You will find that static can help.

A lot of people do this while they are sleeping, but you don’t need to save this for the nighttime. You can keep it on in your home at all times. You will find it will provide white noise that is comforting and will distract you from your tinnitus symptoms.

Take Your Vitamins

Vitamins can also help to cure tinnitus. You will find that you want to take multivitamins each day. Taking vitamin B is a neccessity even if you do not want to take multivitamins each day. There appears to be a direct link between a vitamin B deficiency and tinnitus. Your body does not hold onto Vitamin B, so you need to take it daily to help with your symptoms.

Utilizing these remedies will make it easier to manage. Although they are not cures, they give you some tools you can use to effectively manage your tinnitus symtoms and lead a fairly normal life. Try to incorporate several of the remedies into your daily routine to get maximum relief.
